A second-generation REALTOR® and Fairhope native, Morgan grew up around real estate, walking job sites, visiting open houses, and learning the business from the inside out. After graduating from Auburn University in 1998 with a degree in Business Economics, he began his career trading on Wall Street in New York and later in Atlanta. That early experience in finance, markets, and decision making gave Morgan a strong analytical foundation that continues to shape the way he advises clients today.

Morgan returned home to Fairhope and earned his real estate license in 2002, followed by his broker’s license in 2007. In 2009, he helped launch Ashurst & Niemeyer Real Estate, a boutique real estate brokerage built on local expertise, trusted relationships, and a deep commitment to service. Amy and her husband moved to the Eastern Shore in 2004 in order to live and raise their children in a close knit, coastal community. Amy grew up in Decatur, Alabama before attending and graduating from Auburn University. After college Amy went to work for a Fortune 50 company in Atlanta, GA. While in Atlanta, Amy was an active member of her community through her involvement in organizations like The Junior League of Atlanta and the Peachtree Road Flower Guild.

Amy loves the fun loving, laid back lifestyle that the Eastern Shore offers. Amy is very involved in the community including her church and other civic and social organizations including Baldwin Community Alliance and the Wisteria Garden Club. I’m George Tarlton, a real estate professional with Ashurst & Niemeyer Real Estate, and I help buyers and sellers make confident decisions about homes and land across Fairhope, the Eastern Shore, and Baldwin County.

Before real estate, my career gave me a strong foundation in finance, accounting, business leadership, and customer service. I graduated from Spring Hill College in Mobile, where I played basketball and earned my degree in Finance and Accounting. Later, I completed my MBA at the University of South Alabama.

I started my career working for a large investment company in New York and Mobile, then went on to serve as Chief Financial Officer for a major restaurant chain and manage several local businesses. That experience taught me how to look closely at numbers, understand long-term value, solve problems, and guide important decisions with clarity.

Today, I bring that same steady, analytical approach to real estate.

My wife, Cyndi, and I have lived on the Eastern Shore for more than 20 years, where we raised our two daughters and became deeply rooted in this community. Colin was born and raised in Fairhope, AL. After graduating from Fairhope High School, he made his way to Oxford, MS. He earned a B.B.A. in Real Estate and a minor in Business Management from Ole Miss in 2010.

After spending a year working for a property and construction management company in Jackson Hole, WY, Colin moved to Nashville, TN to continue his real estate career. He worked as an agent with a large independent firm for the next four years. Colin’s favorite aspect of the Real Estate profession is seeing the joy received by his clients when all desired requests for their dream home have been met.

Lilly McKay McLendon brings fresh energy, thoughtful insight, and a client first approach to Ashurst & Niemeyer Real Estate. Licensed in Huntsville in 2024, Lilly McKay began her real estate career in North Alabama before moving to Fairhope in May 2026 after marrying a Fairhope native.

A graduate of Auburn University with a degree in psychology, Lilly McKay has a natural ability to listen, understand people, and help clients make confident decisions. Her love for real estate began during a college internship with Keller Williams, where she saw how meaningful it can be to help people through one of life’s biggest transitions.

She is a former Parks Director for the City of New Orleans where she was born and raised and a former District Superintendent and Chief Law Enforcement Officer with Parks for the State of Alabama. Lisa is licensed in Louisiana and Alabama and has been in Real Estate in some capacity for 25 years including residential, commercial and industrial projects.

Lisa and her husband moved to Baldwin county in 2012 and are both very involved in sports and athletics. Luke Ferguson brings energy, discipline, creativity, and a genuine heart for service to his work as a real estate professional with Ashurst & Niemeyer Real Estate. Born in Mobile, Alabama, Luke spent his early childhood in Saraland before moving to Daphne at age five, giving him a strong connection to both Mobile and Baldwin County.

A lifelong student at Bayside Academy, Luke graduated in 2025 after an outstanding athletic career. As a soccer player, he was part of four state championship teams and earned MVP honors in two state finals. He also won one golf state championship and finished as state runner up twice. Those experiences shaped Luke’s competitive drive, teamwork, discipline, and ability to perform under pressure, qualities he now brings into real estate.

After graduation, Luke attended Coastal Alabama Community College, where he completed 42 college credits during his freshman year while also working at Refuge Coffee and completing his real estate licensing course. That season required focus, time management, and commitment, and it reflects the work ethic Luke brings to every opportunity in front of him.

For an impressive decade she owned "Sadies," a charming clothing boutique in the heart of downtown Fairhope. Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. Married to Bob Weltlich from Ohio a retired Division 1 basketball coach for six universities, they have two grown children, Casey and Chad. Casey is married to Duane Brown from Oregon. They have one grandchild, Parker who is 4 and he calls her FANCY NANCY.

Nancy currently resides in Fairhope for the past 20 years. Preston is a fourth generation native of the Eastern Shore, and has had the privilege of being shaped by his deep roots in our community. Through that experience, Preston engaged in complex analysis and problem solving to assist families facing stressful losses to their homes and personal property. Preston now brings that skill and experience to a business founded and still owned by his family.

From the local ball fields to Sundays on Fish River, Preston has experienced the Eastern Shore to its fullest and would like to help his clients enjoy the same experience. Born into an LSU Family but determined to branch out, Preston attended Ole Miss in Oxford, MS, where he met his wife, Lauren. Preston and Lauren are blessed with their two boys who are part of the fifth generation of Niemeyers on the Eastern Shore.

Spencer Lane is originally from St. Louis, Missouri and comes from a long line of family history involved with real estate. Spencer is honored to carry on his family tradition in the beautiful Town of Fairhope, Alabama. He grew up in St. Louis playing competitive golf which later carried him down to the Gulf Coast playing for Spring Hill College in Mobile. Following graduation from Spring Hill College, Spencer ventured out west to the Rocky Mountains of Breckenridge, Colorado where his career as a Real Estate Broker began.

Spencer focused on building his business from scratch and seized every opportunity, turning strangers into clients, and clients into friends. Since becoming licensed in 2016, Spencer has achieved over $70M in real estate sales.
