Morgan Ashurst is the Owner and Qualifying Broker of Ashurst & Niemeyer Real Estate and the CEO of Level Property Management Group, serving buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners throughout Fairhope, Daphne, Spanish Fort, Montrose, Point Clear, Baldwin County, and the Alabama Gulf Coast.

A second-generation REALTOR® and Fairhope native, Morgan grew up around real estate, walking job sites, visiting open houses, and learning the business from the inside out. After graduating from Auburn University in 1998 with a degree in Business Economics, he began his career trading on Wall Street in New York and later in Atlanta. That early experience in finance, markets, and decision making gave Morgan a strong analytical foundation that continues to shape the way he advises clients today.

Morgan returned home to Fairhope and earned his real estate license in 2002, followed by his broker’s license in 2007. In 2009, he helped launch Ashurst & Niemeyer Real Estate, a boutique real estate brokerage built on local expertise, trusted relationships, and a deep commitment to service. Today, he leads a respected team of real estate advisors who help clients buy and sell homes, luxury properties, commercial real estate, second homes, and investment properties across Baldwin County and the Eastern Shore.

Morgan is widely recognized as one of Alabama’s respected real estate leaders. He has served in numerous leadership roles with Alabama REALTORS®, including President, President-Elect, Treasurer, Secretary, Southern Regional Vice President, and member of key committees focused on public policy, finance, advocacy, and industry leadership. He is also a past Baldwin County REALTOR® of the Year and State of Alabama REALTOR® of the Year, honors that reflect his professionalism, integrity, and lasting impact on the real estate industry.

As CEO of Level Property Management Group, Morgan also brings valuable insight into the full lifecycle of property ownership. His work with rental homes, commercial properties, community associations, investors, and long-term property strategy allows him to help clients think beyond a single transaction and make informed decisions about value, income potential, risk, maintenance, and future growth.

Morgan is also active in community service, including his support of myTeamTriumph Southern Alabama, an organization that helps individuals with physical disabilities and special needs participate in endurance events.

Guided by Proverbs 27:17, “Iron sharpens iron, as one person sharpens another,” Morgan believes strong leadership is about helping others grow. That philosophy shapes how he serves clients, leads his companies, supports fellow REALTORS®, and gives back to the community. He is passionate about building people up, strengthening the REALTOR® profession, and helping families and investors make confident real estate decisions.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys playing tennis and spending time with his wife, Allison Norris Ashurst, and their three children. Whether advising a seller in Fairhope, helping a buyer relocate to Baldwin County, guiding an investor, or leading one of the area’s most established real estate teams, Morgan brings steady leadership, deep local knowledge, and a clear commitment to helping people thrive.
