I’m George Tarlton, a real estate professional with Ashurst & Niemeyer Real Estate, and I help buyers and sellers make confident decisions about homes and land across Fairhope, the Eastern Shore, and Baldwin County.

Before real estate, my career gave me a strong foundation in finance, accounting, business leadership, and customer service. I graduated from Spring Hill College in Mobile, where I played basketball and earned my degree in Finance and Accounting. Later, I completed my MBA at the University of South Alabama.

I started my career working for a large investment company in New York and Mobile, then went on to serve as Chief Financial Officer for a major restaurant chain and manage several local businesses. That experience taught me how to look closely at numbers, understand long-term value, solve problems, and guide important decisions with clarity.

Today, I bring that same steady, analytical approach to real estate.

My wife, Cyndi, and I have lived on the Eastern Shore for more than 20 years, where we raised our two daughters and became deeply rooted in this community. I know how special this area is, from Fairhope and Point Clear to Daphne, Spanish Fort, Montrose, and the surrounding Baldwin County communities.

I specialize in homes and land, and I enjoy helping people find not just the right property, but the right fit for their goals, lifestyle, and future plans.
