I’m George Tarlton, a real estate professional with Ashurst & Niemeyer Real Estate, and I help buyers and sellers make confident decisions about homes and land across Fairhope, the Eastern Shore, and Baldwin County.

 

Before real estate, my career gave me a strong foundation in finance, accounting, business leadership, and customer service. I graduated from Spring Hill College in Mobile, where I played basketball and earned my degree in Finance and Accounting. Later, I completed my MBA at the University of South Alabama.

 

I started my career working for a large investment company in New York and Mobile, then went on to serve as Chief Financial Officer for a major restaurant chain and manage several local businesses. That experience taught me how to look closely at numbers, understand long-term value, solve problems, and guide important decisions with clarity.

 

Today, I bring that same steady, analytical approach to real estate.

 

Buying or selling property is one of the biggest financial decisions most people will ever make. My goal is to help clients understand their options, feel prepared, and move forward with confidence. My wife, Cyndi, and I have lived on the Eastern Shore for more than 20 years, where we raised our two daughters and became deeply rooted in this community. I know how special this area is, from Fairhope and Point Clear to Daphne, Spanish Fort, Montrose, and the surrounding Baldwin County communities.

 

I specialize in homes and land, and I enjoy helping people find not just the right property, but the right fit for their goals, lifestyle, and future plans.

 

I’m known for being consistent, prepared, and committed to doing the work. Real estate can feel overwhelming, but it does not have to feel confusing. My job is to help make the process smoother, smarter, and more manageable from start to finish.
