Lilly McKay McLendon brings fresh energy, thoughtful insight, and a client first approach to Ashurst & Niemeyer Real Estate. Licensed in Huntsville in 2024, Lilly McKay began her real estate career in North Alabama before moving to Fairhope in May 2026 after marrying a Fairhope native.

A graduate of Auburn University with a degree in psychology, Lilly McKay has a natural ability to listen, understand people, and help clients make confident decisions. Her love for real estate began during a college internship with Keller Williams, where she saw how meaningful it can be to help people through one of life’s biggest transitions.

Lilly McKay also brings a strong eye for homes and design. She has studied interior design and worked as a furniture consultant for indoor, outdoor, and commercial spaces, giving her a practical understanding of layout, function, and how a property can feel like home.

Known as dependable, encouraging, compassionate, fun, and personable, Lilly McKay considers herself a natural problem solver. Whether helping resolve an issue at home or guiding clients through a real estate challenge, she looks for the best way forward with patience and determination.
