Luke Ferguson brings energy, discipline, creativity, and a genuine heart for service to his work as a real estate professional with Ashurst & Niemeyer Real Estate. Born in Mobile, Alabama, Luke spent his early childhood in Saraland before moving to Daphne at age five, giving him a strong connection to both Mobile and Baldwin County.

A lifelong student at Bayside Academy, Luke graduated in 2025 after an outstanding athletic career. As a soccer player, he was part of four state championship teams and earned MVP honors in two state finals. He also won one golf state championship and finished as state runner up twice. Those experiences shaped Luke’s competitive drive, teamwork, discipline, and ability to perform under pressure, qualities he now brings into real estate.

After graduation, Luke attended Coastal Alabama Community College, where he completed 42 college credits during his freshman year while also working at Refuge Coffee and completing his real estate licensing course. That season required focus, time management, and commitment, and it reflects the work ethic Luke brings to every opportunity in front of him.

Luke chose real estate because of its variety, its opportunity for growth, and most importantly, its ability to serve people in meaningful ways. Whether helping a couple find their first home, assisting a family with a move, supporting someone through a sale, or helping a business search for the right office space, Luke sees real estate as a chance to put others first and work hard on their behalf.

Faith is an important part of Luke’s life and influences the way he approaches both work and relationships. He believes God calls people to serve, work hard, and use their gifts for a purpose beyond themselves. For Luke, that means showing up with humility, passion, creativity, and a willingness to learn so he can help clients make confident decisions.

Outside of real estate, Luke enjoys building things and has hands-on experience helping build decks and furniture. That practical interest gives him an appreciation for how homes are put together, how spaces function, and how small details can make a property feel personal and useful.

As a new Realtor, Luke is eager to learn, ready to work, and committed to serving clients with honesty, effort, and care.
