With over 29 years of business experience, Jim brings a seasoned perspective to negotiations, strategy, and client advocacy. His background in marketing and advertising from the University of Southern Mississippi informs a strategic approach to pricing and property positioning—helping clients compete effectively in today’s market.

Outside of real estate, Jim enjoys inshore fishing along the Gulf Coast, playing drums in a 90’s cover band, and time on the golf course—reflecting his connection to the local lifestyle and community. He is actively involved with St. James Episcopal Church and is a proud father of two adult children. Together with Lucy, he shares a blended family of four adult children.
